Bringing back a taste of a simpler time, when life was all about living in the moment. Our community market and bistro have been designed to transport you to another place and time, where you can lose yourself, just for a while in a comfortable, rustic atmosphere with a French Provincial feel.
Owners Kelly Smith-Blacha and Lorry Kemp, longtime friends and Roswell residents wanted to bring a true community gathering spot to the historic downtown area. The décor and gathering areas are designed to inspire conversation and encourage guests to linger longer with friends.
In 2008 Kelly and Lorry opened Party Chic by KellyKakes, a special events venue and home to KellyKakes. Inspired to create something special in historic Roswell, they opened Roswell Provisions in 2011. In 2013, following a warm welcome by the community, they expanded their concept and transitioned the upstairs from Party Chic to what is now Le Bistro, replicating the rustic, Provincial atmosphere of their market below. They invite you to stop in, gather with friends, get lost for a while and enjoy the community of Canton Street.
